Kathleen passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving husband and family in Cork University Hospital on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025.

 

Daughter of the late John Joe (Monty) and Nora (Kelleher).

 

Beloved wife and best friend of Barry, much loved mother of Cathy, Stephen, Patricia (Madigan), Ann (Heelan), Jennifer, Geraldine (Kelleher) and Lorraine and the late Finbarr (Monty) and Noreen, and cherished grandmother of Kayleigh, Samantha, Dean, Amanda, Linda, Anthony, Jake, Eugene, Sarah, Maurice, Shane, Daniel, Jack, Lauren and Emma, great-grandchildren Jamie, Liam, Lewis, Leo, Isla, Jenny, Kayla and Aaron.

 

Sister of Abigail and the late David.

 

 

Deeply regretted by her loving husband, family, sons-in-law Michael, John-Joe and Brendan, daughter-in-law Bev, Stephen’s partner Vanessa and Jennifer’s partner William, brothers-in-law Kevin, Gerard & Tom, sisters-in-law Martina & Ann, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bank Place, Buttevant (P51 N2NP) on Monday evening from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, followed by Prayers and Reception into St. Mary's Church, Buttevant.

 

Requiem Mass on Tuesday afternoon at 2:00pm, after which Kathleen will be laid to rest in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Buttevant.
