Kathleen Duffy
(née Ruddy)

The death has occurred of Kathleen Duffy (nee Ruddy), Kilkenny, Castlebar (formerly of Ardoone, Belmullet), on the 5th of December 2023 peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved wife of James who died in August 2023 and also predeceased by her parents Anthony and May, and her sisters; Una and Mary.

Kathleen will be forever missed by her adoring children; Kathryn, Maria, Noreen, Barbara and James, her brothers Paddy and Eamonn and her sisters Bridget, Nora and Phyllis. Sons in law; Kevin, Rait, Olivier and Colin and her daughter in law Kathy, her fifteen grandchildren and her three great grandchildren, her sisters in law, brothers in law, many nephews and nieces as well as her extended family, neighbours and her wide circle of friends.

May she rest in peace.

Kathleen's funeral will arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar on Sunday, 10th December, at 11.30am for her Funeral Mass at 12noon, followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium, arriving for Service at 4.00pm.
