Kathleen HALVEY
(née BOURKE)
It is with deep sadness we announce the death of our beloved mother Kathleen Halvey (née Bourke) Garryowen Road, Garryowen, Limerick and formerly of Arthur’s Quay and Ex Mullaney’s Shop.
March 2nd 2026, peacefully, at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her loving family.
Pre-deceased by husband Cecil, parents and siblings.
Dearly loved mother of Susan, Margaret, Sandra, Donald, Catherine, Deirdre and Paula.
Kathleen will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, partners, nephews, nieces, other relatives, wide circle of friends and kind neighbours.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Lower Gerald Griffin Street, Wednesday, March 4th, from 4.30pm to 6pm.
Funeral will arrive at St. John’s Cathedral, Cathedral Place, Thursday, March 5th, for Requiem Mass at 12pm, followed by Service in Shannon Crematorium at 2pm.
