Kathleen Hanley
(née Daly)
HANLEY (Keilnascarta, Bantry and formerly of Whiddy Island): On May 4, 2021, peacefully at home with her loving family, following a brief illness bravely borne. Kathleen (née Daly), beloved wife of the late Derry and loving mother of Jerry, Joe, Siobhan, Michael, Christy, Brendan and the late John, dear sister of the late Sheila, Paddy, Betty, Maura, Margaret, John, Jerome and Teresa, mother-in-law of the late Eileen and Chun Ti. Sadly missed by her loving family, her adoring grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, all her relatives and friends.

Funeral will take place in accordance with Government and HSE guidelines on public gatherings. Kathleen’s funeral will leave her home at 11am approx. on Thursday May 6, (via Rope Walk and Hospital Road) for a private requiem Mass at 12noon at St Finbarr’s Church Bantry, (live streamed on www.bantryparish.ie) followed by strictly private burial at the Abbey Cemetery.
