Hegarty (Skibbereen) On 1st April, 2026 peacefully, in the presence of her loving family and in the wonderful care of the Nurses and Staff at Skibbereen Community Hospital. KATHLEEN, beloved wife of the late Andy. Predeceased by her brothers Con and Denis and sisters Margaret (O'Brien) and Mary (O'Brien). Deeply missed by her sister Julie (O'Flaherty), nephews, nieces and a wide circle of friends, especially her friends at Skibbereen Community Hospital.

Reposing at Romie O Donovan’s Funeral Home, North Street, Skibbereen on Sunday, 5th April from 4pm to 5pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Monday, 6th April at 12 noon in St Patrick s Cathedral, Skibbereen. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.

 

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Skibbereen Community Hospital.
