The death has taken place of Kathleen Hourigan (née O'Riordan), Upper Quartertown, Mallow and formerly of Kanturk, who passed away peacefully at home on July 13th 2025.
Beloved wife of Kevin and dear mother of Julie (Lucey).
Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Margaret O'Riordan and sister Peg Galvin.
Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter, son-in-law Con, grandchildren James, Emma, Katie and Dee, great-grandchildren, sister Mary (Banks), brother Seamus, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
A Private Cremation Service will take place at Kathleen's request.
Kathleen's family would like to thank the retired Dr. Harry Casey, Dr. Marilyn O'Keeffe, the Staff of MPHC, Marymount Palliative Care Team, the Irish Cancer Society Night Nurses, the wonderful staff of Joyce's Pharmacy, Mallow and a special thank you to Rose who took such great care of Kathleen in her final weeks.
