It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Howard (née O’Keeffe) late of Derryvillane, Mitchelstown and formerly of Park, Knocknagree, who passed away peacefully, but unexpectedly, on 31st October 2025, in the tender care of the exceptional staff of CUH.

Beloved wife of Jack and dearly loved mother of Ann and John. Sadly missed by her loving family, sister Mary, brothers Hugh and the late Johnny, son-in-law Loughlin McGovern, daughter-in-law Sandra (O’Connor), grandchildren Ella, Jack and Caoimhe, brothers-in-law Bill and the late Pat, sisters-in-law Eily and the late Anne, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Lying in repose at Hannon’s Funeral Home, Kildorrery (P67 H971), on Sunday, 2nd November, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Removal from her home on Monday, 3rd November, to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballindangan, for 12:00 noon Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Kildorrery local Cemetery.

House private, please, on Monday, 3rd November.
