HURLEY (Ballyvolane,Cork & Shanacrane, Dunmanway, Co. Cork): On St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th, 2026, passed away peacefully, at the Mercy University Hospital, KATHLEEN (née Hurley), Ashgrove View, Ballyvolane, loving wife of Denis (Sonny), adoring children Martin, Aisling and the late Bernard, beloved grandchildren Ciarán & Odhrna.
Deeply regretted by her loving husband and family, daughter-in- law Cliona and her heart-broken brothers Liam & Teddy, the late Sean & Peggy.
Kathleen will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law Pat, Peggy, Ann, Monica, Ann, Sheila and Geraldine, brother-in-law Neil, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Friday (March 20th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 10.00am on Saturday (March 21st) in St. Oliver’s Church, Ballyvolane which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery.
