Kathleen Jones
(née Boyle)

Kathleen Jones (nee Boyle), Dring, Co.Longford. Passed away peacefully on 19th February 2026, in the compassionate and skilled care of the staff of Laurel Lodge Nursing Home in her 101st year.

 

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband David, parents Patrick and Katie, sister Bridget Mary, brothers John, Packie Joe, Peter and Terry.

 

Kathleen will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, Marie, David and Rena, sons-in-law Peter McGivney and Jack Flood, daughter-in-law Roisin, brother James and sister-in-law Eileen, grandchildren James (Sinead), David (Ashling), Elaine, David, Evelyne, Lorraine, Sarah, Denise, Karen and Jack, great grand-daughter Róadh, nephews, relatives and friends.

 

May she rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Saturday 21st February from 5.00pm concluding with prayers at 7.00pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Sunday 22nd February in St.Joseph’s Church, Purth at 1.00pm. Interment afterwards in Mullinalaghta cemetery.
