Kate passed away peacefully on the 5th of December, 2024, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband John.

Kate will be sadly missed by her loving family, her sons Martin, John, Tom, Jerry, Ollie, Anthony and Paul, her daughters Mary, Carmel and Nora, her grandsons, her granddaughters, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Back in the arms of her loving husband John.

Kate will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15), on Saturday, the 7th of December, from 4pm to 5.45pm, with removal afterwards to St. Michael’s Church, Ballinasloe. Kate's Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery. Kate's Requiem Mass can be viewed via live stream on https://www.churchservices.tv/ballinasloe.
