The death has occurred of Kathleen (Kath) Mary Hickes (nee Abbott) 1 Gordon Avenue, Thornton, Cleverley's, Lancashire, England. December 13th peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband Tony, her parents Florence and Mary Abbott (nee Moriarty) and her brother Michael Abbott. 

Kathleen will be forever loved and dearly missed by her heart-broken family; her daughters Maria (Corcoran) Curraghroe,Roscommon Ireland, Tina, her son Paul, Son-in-laws Micheal (Corcoran) Curraghroe and David (Graham). Her adored grandchildren Danny, Peter, Mollie, Laura, Tony and Charlotte, her great-grandchildren Charlie, George and Emily, Granddaughter in-law Jenni, grandson in-law Kieran, sister in-law Jean, nieces Vicky and Kelly, her many cousins and relatives both in Ireland and the UK, her good neighbours Emma, Simon and family, and her wide circle of many friends in Roscommon and the UK.

Service at St Teresa's Church, Cleveleys on Friday 23 December 2022 at 10:00am followed by committal at The Parish Church of Thornton, Christ Church.
