Kathleen (Kathy) ROWAN
(née Barry)
ROWAN (née Barry) (Dalkey, Co Dublin) 23rd November 2014 (peacefully) after a long illness bravely borne with dignity and courage in the wonderful and kind care of the Florence Nightingale Ward, Blackrock Clinic, especially Dr Fennelly and Dr Ilyas. Kathleen (Kathy), sadly missed by her best friend and devoted husband Brian, children Lisa, Barry and David, her brothers Paul, Tony and Liam, her cherished friend Celine, son-in-law Mario, Susie, grandson Luca, her extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Lying in repose Monday, in Quinn’s of Glasthule, until 5pm. Removal, Tuesday, to The Church of the Assumption, Dalkey, arriving at 9.50am for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Donations, in lieu of flowers, to The Irish Cancer Society.
