It is with great sadness that the Grealish family share the news of Kathleen’s passing peacefully at Galway Hospice on St. Patrick’s Day, surrounded by her loving family, in her 100th year.

 

Beloved wife of the late Martin and much loved mother of Netta, Maura and Patricia. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her daughters, son-in-law Mike, her adored granddaughters Susan and Jennifer, great grandchildren Sofia, Saoirse and Jake, Susan’s fiancé Mike and Jennifer’s husband Dave, sister-in-law Kitty, nephews and nieces, the extended Grealish and Beatty family, neighbours and many friends.

 

Reposing at the Church of the Holy Family Funeral Parlour, Mervue on Thursday, 21 March 2024, from 5 p.m. with Removal at 6.30 p.m. to the adjoining Church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Kathleen on Friday, 22 March, at 11 a.m. and following Mass she will be laid to rest with her husband Martin in Claregalway Cemetery.
