Kathleen (Kay) Daly (née Moran), late of Shankill and formerly of Sandymount, Co. Dublin, died peacefully on 17th July, 2022, at St. Michael’s Hospital, Dun Laoghaire. Beloved wife of the late Jim, adored mother of Máire, David, Catherine, Christine, Niamh and Jim, treasured grandmother of Joanna, Jamie, Steven, David, Ben, Ciara and Michael and great-grandmother of Erin, Alex and Amelia, fondly remembered by her brother Brendan, sister Alice, sisters-in-law Phyl and Emer, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, extended family and friends.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Sunday (24th July) from 3.00pm-5.00pm. Walking from her home in Maryland, Shankill on Monday (25th July) at 10.30am to St. Anne’s Church, Shankill, arriving for a Requiem Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in St. Columcille’s Cemetery, Swords at approx. 1.15pm. The Mass may be viewed online at churchservices.tv/shankill. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation and Wicklow Animal Rescue.
