On Tuesday, August 12, 2025 Kay died peacefully in the kind care of the staff at Caiseal Geal Nursing Home, Castlegar. Beloved wife of Lauri and much-loved mother of Rory, Fergal, Daragh and Felim. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her husband and sons, daughters-in-law, sister May, grandchildren David, Fionnán, Cathal and Molly Rose, great grandchildren Chloe and Danann, the extended Mac Dermott and Russell family, neighbours and friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace

Funeral Arrangements

Thursday, August 14, 2025 - Kay will repose at home (H91E77V) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday, August 15, 2025 - A Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Kay on arrival at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill at 12 noon and following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Live streaming of Mass available through the parish website https://salthillparish.ie/
