Kathleen (Kay) McGoldrick
(née Leyden)
Peacefully, in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Hazelwood Unit in St. John's Hospital, Sligo. Lady Mayor of Sligo in 1983 and 1992. Kay, predeceased by her husband Michael, brother Paddy Leyden and sister Maureen Gallagher. Beloved mother of Declan, Aidan, David and Kevin. Sadly missed by her sons, daughters-in-law Avril, Rachel, Jessica and Dara, grandchildren, great-grandchild, her brother Tommy Leyden, nephews, nieces, in-laws, relatives, neighbors and friends.

Reposing at the Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo (F91YR61) on Wednesday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral will arrive to The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Thursday morning for Requiem mass at 11:30am. Funeral will proceed to Sligo Cemetery after.
