Kathleen (Kay) Timmes
(née Houlihan)
Kathleen passed away peacefully while holding the hands of her children, in Hingham, Massachusetts, USA, on 27th of December 2025. Predeceased by her parents Michael Houlihan (Newcastle West) and Kathleen Wrenn (Athea), her husband John and their son John Matthew.
Kathleen is deeply regretted by her son Peter, daughters Eileen, Kathy, Clare and Margaret,daughter-in-law Jill, sons-in-law Barry, Steven and Paul, Kathy’s partner Matt, grandchildren Connor, Teagan, Fiona, Isabel, Cassidy, Luke, Eileen and Alice, other relatives and a wide selection of friends on both sides of the Atlantic.

Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday 21st of March 2026 at 11.00a.m., in Saint Bartholomew's Church, Athea, followed by burial later that day in Templeathea Cemetery.
