Kathleen Kearns (née Henry),

Circular Road, Sligo and formerly of Carraroe, Sligo, January 5th 2026,

peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff of Nazareth Nursing Home, Sligo surrounded by her loving family. Ex teaching staff of Rathcormac, Collooney and Lackagh National Schools.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Paddy (Former treasurer of Sligo and Connaught GAA). Dearly loved mother of Mary, Hugh and Ann. She will be sadly missed by her loving children, sister Rose, son-in-law Patrick Power, daughter-in-law Susan Arthure, grandchildren Patrick Neil, Matthew (Jenny), Brendan (Sophie), Darragh (Vanessa) and great-grandson Eamon, brother-in-law Bill Williams, sister-in-law Mary Henry, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Rest in peace.

Reposing at Seán Feehily's Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) on Thursday, January 8th from 5pm with removal at 6:30pm to Saint John's Church, Carraroe, Sligo arriving at 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, January 9th at 11am and will be livestreamed via https://www.churchtv.ie/carraroe/ Burial will follow in Sligo Cemetery.
