Kathleen passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Galway University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her brother Fr. Joseph Houston.

Beloved wife of the late Seán and much loved sister of Maire. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her sister, nieces, nephews, her carer Juliet, the extended Kirrane and Houston family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements

Monday 15 December, 2025 : Reposing at her home, 'Muire Linne', Rockhill, Salthill, (H91 A2XD) from 3.30 p.m. Removal at 6.30 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill.

Tuesday 16 December, 2025 : Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Kathleen at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Seán in Rahoon cemetery. Mass will be live streamed https://mcn.live/Camera/christ-the-king-church-salthill
