Kathleen (Kitty) Cheeseman
(née Healy)

Kitty passed away peacefully, in the care of staff at St. Joseph's Nursing Home, Kenmare, on Thursday 18th April, in the loving presence of her immediate family. One of five sisters born to Tom and Ellie Healy of Shandrum, Kilgarvan, Kitty is pre-deceased by three; Betty (Sweeney), Mary (Smith) and Bridget (Smith) and also by her late husband, Chris Cheeseman. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Marion, her granddaughter Sophia and her son-in-law Chris. Also by her surviving sister Peggy (McMahon), nieces Margaret Dully and Eileen McMahon and nephews Paul Sweeney, John Sweeney, Adrian McMahon, John McMahon and David McMahon, cousin Noreen Murphy and close friend Margaret Dalton, together with all of their extended families. She will also be sadly missed by her many friends and neighbours. On behalf of Kitty, the family wish to express their grateful thanks to friends, neighbours and to Kilgarvan community for their kind support. Grateful thanks also to St. Joseph's Nursing Home and their wonderful dedicated staff team.

Rest in Peace dear Kitty

Reposing at Quill's Funeral Home, Kilgarvan, on Monday, April 22nd from 6.30pm to 8pm. Rosary at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, April 23rd, at 11am in St. Patrick's Church, Kilgarvan will be live streamed on Kilgarvan Parish facebook page, followed by burial in local cemetery Kilgarvan.
