The death has occurred of Kathleen Looney, Coolcower, Macroom. Co. Cork.

On January 25th, 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the excellent care of the staff of Macroom Community Hospital, in her 97th year Kathleen (nee Lehane, Clohina) loving wife of the late Jimmy Looney and mother of John and Patricia, Deeply regretted by her daughter-in-law Maureen, son-in-law Tim, grandchildren Deirdre, Aidan, Sadhbh and Andi, great grandchildren Rory and Matilda, brother-in-law Tim, sisters-in-law Hancie, Peggy and Abbie, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends especially her card friends.

Reception into St. Colman’s Church, Macroom (P12VP20) On Sunday 26th of January at 5pm with prayers, reposing until 6.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday 27th of January at 1.30pm which can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/macroom followed by

Cremation at 4pm in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy (P43DD71) which will be live streamed
