Kathleen Mary (Kay) Kumnig (née Hogan), Bawnmore, Johnstown, Co. Kilkenny and formerly Gathabawn, Freshford, Co. Kilkenny, May 18th, 2024.Kathleen passed away in hospital surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late Ernst Kumnig and sister of the late Liam Hogan. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, daughter Anita, son Michael, her adoring grandchildren, their partners, her much loved great grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Doyle's Funeral Home, Urlingford (Eircode E41 XO38) on Wednesday, May 22nd, from 5.30pm until 7.30pm followed by removal to St. Kieran's Church, Johnstown arriving at 8pm. Requiem mass on Thursday, May 23rd, at 11am followed by interment in St. Kieran's Cemetery, Johnstown. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Heart Foundation.
