The death has occurred of
KATHLEEN McCARTHY
KATHLEEN McCARTHY (Mogeely Road, Castlemartyr, Co. Cork). On July 3rd 2025, peacefully in the presence of her loving family, in the care of the staff at Cork University Hospital.
Daughter of the late Bartholemew and Nora, sister of Miriam, Helen and the late Marguerite.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sisters, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, brother-in-law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Kathleen Rest In Peace.
Family Flowers Only, donations in lieu if desired to The Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland
Reposing at Hydes Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton P25VW02 on Sunday 6th July from 4.30pm to 6pm.
Requiem Mass Monday 7th July at 11.30am in the Sacred Heart Church, Mogeely followed by burial in North Abbey Cemetery, Youghal.
The family would also like to thank the staff at Glendonagh Residential Home, Dungourney for their care and kindness shown to Kathleen during her time with them.
