The death has occurred of
Kathleen McCarthy
(née Kingston)
On 8th February 2026 peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff of Dunmanway Community Hospital, Kathleen, (Old Post Office, Drimoleague and late of Kilronan, Dunmanway), beloved wife of the late Jim, dear sister of Mary (Dawson), George, Paul and the late Annie (Hales), Sadie (Vickery), Willie and Abie, sister-in-law of the late Francie, Violet, Kathleen, Hilda, Ernie, Robert and Billy. Sadly missed by her sister, brothers, sister-in-law Edna, nephews, nieces, Anne, Tadhg and family, Anthony, Carol Anne and family, her dear friend Norma, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Lying in repose at Daly's Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Drimoleague on Monday (9th) from 6pm to 7pm followed by prayers and removal to Drimoleague Methodist Church. Funeral service on Tuesday (10th) at 2pm with burial afterwards in Drimoleague new cemetery.
