The death has occurred of Kathleen McKeown, Dunaree, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, peacefully, at Kilmainhamwood Nursing Home in her 94th year, 22nd November 2025.

Predeceased by her husband Johnny, her parents Jimmy and Mary, her brothers Paddy, Willie and James and her daughter-in-law Marita. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving children Mary (Liam), Eugene, John (Trish) and Gerry, her brothers Benny, Michael and John, her grandchildren Carleen (Keith), Cathal, Margaritte, Aoife and Eoin, her great-grandchildren Bella and Alannah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, her extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Kieran Brothers Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, A82 R3W2, on Monday, 24th November, from 4pm to 7pm. Removal on Tuesday, 25th November, to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt,arriving for 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning, 26th November, at 10am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
