Kathleen Monaher
(née Downey)
MONAHER (Old Youghal Road, Cork); On January 30th, 2024, peacefully, after a short illness surrounded by her loving family at the Mercy University Hospital. KATHLEEN (née Downey), beloved wife of the late James (Buddy), loving mother of Mary, William, Carol, Jim and Kay.
Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren especially Katie and Kane, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends especially those in Teach Mhuire Day Care Centre.
Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Thursday (February 1st) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Friday (February 2nd) in St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield. Funeral afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery.
