Kathleen O'DROIGHNEÁIN (Thornton)
(née Melia)
O’Droighneáin (Thornton) (née Melia), Kathleen, 2nd August 2020 (Crumlin), peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Millbrook Manor Nursing Home; beloved wife of the late Seamus and much loved mother of Aileen, Niall, Brian, Seamus, Colm, Irene, Cathal and the late Rory. Kay will be very sadly missed by her loving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brothers Paddy and Gerry, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and her many friends

In line with HSE/ Government advice and to ensure the safety of all Kay's family and friends, a small private funeral will be held. Her family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew Kay would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in her memory.
