Kathleen O'Mahony
(née O'Sullivan)
O’MAHONY, Kathleen (Cork) On June 10th 2024, peacefully in the presence of her loving family and the wonderful staff of the Daisy Suite, Heather House, KATHLEEN (née O’Sullivan) late of Cathedral Road; dearly beloved wife of Patrick and much loved mother of Anna Marie (Murphy), Catherine (Murphy), Peter and Martha (Hennessy), mother-in-law of the late Sean and sister of the late Noreen, Fr. Billy SMA and Michael. Sadly missed by her husband, daughters, son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law John and Shane, daughter-in-law Louise, sister Eileen, brother Jerry, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends, especially her life-long friend Ann Kenny.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Wednesday, June 12th, from 6pm – 7pm with Prayers at 6.45pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday, June 13th, at 10am at the North Cathedral. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers to Heather House, if desired.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Heather House for the exceptional care given to Kathleen over the last 15 months.
