Kathleen Raftery
(née Leogue)

Kathleen Raftery, Bellview Heights, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and formerly Carrick, Dalystown, Mullingar and Epsom, Surrey, UK - passed away 14th September at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar with her loving family by her side, Kathleen, in her 90th year, is pre-deceased by her parents Jim and Margaret, sisters Mary and Lily, brother Johnny and Jimmy. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her heartbroken husband and best friend Mick, son Austin, daughter Fiona, son-in-law Padraig, her cherished and adored grandchildren Marykate and Jamie, brothers Matt, Joe and Billy, sisters Toni, Peggy and Patty, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, wonderful neighbours and friends.

May Kathleen's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at her home, Bellview Heights, Mullingar on Tuesday (17th September) from 5pm until 7pm. House private thereafter please. Removal on Wednesday morning from her home via Carrick, to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Meedin for Funeral Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The Raftery family would like to sincerely thank the staff on Medical Ward 2 at the Midlands Regional Hospital and the HSE and Homestead carers for their excellent care of Kathleen.
