The death has occurred of Kathleen Ruane (née Duffy), Cavan Town, Co. Cavan.

Kathleen née Duffy (Cavan, & formerly of Holywell, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo) died peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Cavan General Hospital, Co. Cavan. Predeceased by her loving husband Victor Ruane, Kiltimagh. Survived by her children and their spouses, Maggie (Austin), Trina (Michael), Sean T, Therese, and her granddaughter Elizabeth, sister Bernadette, and all extended family and friends.

Removal to the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo on Thursday evening, 19th of September, arriving at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday afternoon at 12.00pm. Following Mass, the cortege will travel to Kilkinure Cemetery, Kiltmagh, Co. Mayo for committal prayers and burial in the family plot.
