Kathleen Sweeney (née Horan), 26th April 2023, Blackfort Close and Raheens Castlebar and late of Knockaraha, Ballintubber, peacefully at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.    

 

Predeceased by her parents John and Kathleen Horan.

 

Deeply regretted by her heartbroken husband Patrick (Pat), daughter Laura, sons Fergus, James, Tony, Patrick and their partners, sisters Eleanor Mc Hugh (Claremorris), Mary Durcan (Ballina) and Ann Vera Bourke (Clooncundra, Castlebar), brothers Sean (Knockaraha, Ballintubber), Tommy (Knockaraha, Ballintubber) and Martin (Kiltimagh), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 WY62 on Saturday evening from 5pm with removal at 8pm to her residence.

 

Removal from her residence on Sunday afternoon for Funeral Mass at 3pm in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.

 

Kathleen will be laid to rest afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.

 

House private please.
