Kathleen Walsh née Barrett, 3rd March 2024, Curratanvally, Breaffy, Castlebar, in her 93rd year, peacefully in the loving care of the staff in Claremount Nursing home, Claremorris.

 

Predeceased by her husband Martin, brothers Paddy, Seán and Jimmy, sisters Mary Ellen, Bridie and Celia.

 

Deeply regretted by her heartbroken family Maura (Jennings, Manulla), Anne (Walsh, Tullamore), Bernadette (Brown, Kent), John (Clonmel), Helen (Kennedy, Milton Keynes), Breda (Heneghan, Mullingar) and Jean (Gargan, Rathfarnham), seventeen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Kathleen will repose in Coady’s Funeral home, Castlebar, F23 XY63 on Tuesday (5th March) from 5.30pm with removal at 7pm to her residence.

 

Removal from her residence on Wednesday morning at 10a.m for Requiem Mass at 11a.m in Saint Aloysius Church, Breaffy, F23 E678.

 

Kathleen will be laid to rest afterwards in Breaffy Cemetery.
