Katie Faherty
(née Conneely)
(peacefully) at Caiseal Geal Nurshing Home, Castlegar and formerly of Chicago, USA and her birthplace, beautiful Inis Oirr.
Beloved wife of the late Kevin (late of Inis Mean), much loved sister-in-law, Aunt and cousin. Sadly missed by her nephews and nieces, sisters-in-law Annie (Inis Oirr) and Jean (Liverpool), cousins, relatives and many friends. R.I.P.
Those who would like to attend the funeral but cannot due to the current restrictions are invited to leave a message on the condolence page below. Mass will be offered to celebrate Katie’s wonderful life at a later date. A private funeral ceremony will take place at the graveside as she is laid to rest and re-united with Kevin.
Brave and beautiful soul, who made such a difference to our lives
May her faithfulness and loyalty to her extended family and friends
be eternally rewarded. Her work is done.
