With great sadness we share the news of the death of Katie Gill, who passed away peacefully on March 18th 2026, surrounded by her loving and heartbroken family, in the wonderful care of the Cedar Ward at St. Vincent's Hospital.

 

Katie will be remembered and missed by her beloved husband Anthony, her loving parents Ann and Irwin, her brother Irwin, sister-in-law Kylie, parents-in-law Tony and Eileen, her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Joe and Eilís, nieces and nephews Ivy, Toby, Cillian, Aoibheann and Roisín, godmother Catherine, godfather Tom, aunts, uncles, cousins, dog Pippa, and many, many friends and colleagues.

 

Katie was wonderful. She leaves a gap that can never be filled, and she will be held vividly in memory by all who knew her.

 

Katie will repose on Friday, 20th March from 4pm - 7pm at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Goatstown, D14 X348. Katie’s Funeral service will take place on Saturday, 21st March at 10am in The Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Cemetery & Crematorium, Harold's Cross D6W HY98.
