Katie Walsh

The death has occurred of Katie Walsh, Kilkenny Cross, Castlebar, on 8th October 2023, aged 19 years.

Katie died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the exceptional care of the staff at the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar.

Beloved daughter of Anne-Marie and Enda and much-loved sister of Sarah and Emily. Katie will be sadly missed by her heartbroken parents and sisters, her cousins, aunts, uncles, relatives and her wide circle of friends.

 

May her kind and gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

Reposing in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar, on Tuesday evening, 10th October, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Katie’s funeral will arrive at St. Aloysius' Church, Breaffy, on Wednesday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Afterwards she will be laid to rest in Breaffy Cemetery.
