DONOVAN (Cork) On 26th May 2024, unexpectedly but peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the staff of St. Catherine’s and St. Bridgit’s Wards in the Mercy University Hospital, KAY (Catherine) (née Singleton) late of Kilbarry Place, Farranree. Dearly beloved wife of Timmy, much loved mother of Catherine, Tricia, Kevin, Patrick and Jessica, devoted Nanny Kay to her granddaughters Stacey and Molly, her nine grandsons and great granddaughters, dearest sister of Philip, Geraldine, and the late Patsy, Rita, Breda and Michael and sister-in-law of the late Barbara.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, family, son-in-law Eddie, partners of Kevin, Patrick and Jessica, brother-in-law Gerard, sisters-in-law Kitty and Helena, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Tuesday (28th May) from 10.00am with family in attendance at 5.00pm and Rosary Prayers at 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday (29th May) at 11.00am in the Church of the Annunciation, Blackpool. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
