It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Kay (Catherine) Hurley (nee Morrissey) of Roxtown Terrace, Old Clare Street, Limerick and formerly of Sean Heuston Place.

On September 25th, 2025, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her beloved son Mark, brother Jimmy, sisters Mary, Lizzie and Rita.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Martin, daughters Sandra, Siobhan, Catherine, Elizabeth and son Paul, grandchildren Megan and husband Nick, Jamie, Dylan, Bailey, Nicole, Lauren, Ethan, Alex, Jack, Reece, Ellie, Saoirse, Rian, great grandchildren Mila, Joey, Jayden, Dylan and Louie, sons-in-law Cyril and Stephen, daughter-in-law Natalie, brother William, sisters Anne and Chrissie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends, neighbours and best friends Christina and Maggie.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Saturday, September 27th from 4.30pm to 6.00pm.

Funeral will arrive Monday, September 29th, at St. John’s Cathedral, Cathedral Place, for Requiem Mass at 1pm, funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium for 3pm Service.
