KAY (KATHLEEN) FITZGERALD (née Carroll) The Green, Lanesboro, Co Longford. December 16th, 2024; (Peacefully), in the devoted care of the staff at Mullingar Regional Hospital and previously the care of Laurel Lodge Nursing Home, Longford. Wife of the late Matty and sister of the late Seamus. She will be very sadly missed by her daughter Catrina, sons Jim and Rob, brother Michael, sister Marie, son-in-law Gary, daughters-in-law Caroline and Donna, much loved Nana to Tommy, Daisy, Leo, Joe, Conor and Moya, extended family, neighbours and friends

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Wednesday from 6.30 o’c until 7.30 o’c. Removal on Thursday morning to St Mary’s Church, Lanesboro arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 o’c. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 2.30 o’c.
