The death has occurred of
Kay O'Sullivan
O’Sullivan/Butler, Kay, Phibsborough Dublin and formerly of Inniscarra & Bishopstown, Cork – September 5th, 2022. Adored wife of Cormac and loving mother to Senan, Ailbhe and Kevin. Peacefully with her family beside her in the wonderful care of St Francis Hospice Raheny after a courageous battle with cancer under the care of Prof Ray McDermott and team in St Vincent’s Private Hospital. Loving daughter of Maura and the late Jim, sister of Tom, daughter in law of Ted & Eilis, Kay will be sadly missed by her brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives, neighbours and her many many friends.
Kay will be at home on Thursday, 8th September, from 5pm to 8pm. Celebration of her life in St Peter’s Church, Phibsborough on Friday, 9th September, at 10.30am, wear your brightest colours at Kay’s request, and then to Glasnevin Crematorium for 1pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to St Francis Hospice or Cancer Trials Ireland
