Ken Hogan

Ken left this world gently on July 12th following a tragic accident on June 28th. He will be sorely missed by his heartbroken and beloved wife Mole (Emma), Mum & Dad (Mary & Mick), Sisters Yvonne & Michelle, his adored nieces and nephews Ailbhe, Dan, Ella & Ollie, his brother in-law Nigel and Michelle’s partner Alan. His beloved Granny Eileen and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Ken’s wide circle of very dear friends, including his Tree Surgery and Yamaha TDM network, throughout the UK, Ireland and further afield.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Emergency Services Team in Tiverton Devon, Devon Air Ambulance Trust, The ED & ICU Teams at Bristol Southmead Hospital, Ken’s retrieve Transfer Team and to Professor Wendon and her amazing colleagues in The Liver ICU at King’s College Hospital London.

Ken’s funeral will take place near his beloved home in Devon at a later date. In the meantime, a Memorial Mass will take place this Saturday, July 16th, at 11am in the Holy Rosary Church, Greystones and can be viewed live at www.gkpastoralarea.ie. All are welcome to join us in this celebration of Ken’s wonderful and happy life.

No flowers please, but if at some point you might like to plant a tree Ken would love that.

A swim at The Cove in Greystones will also take place at 9am this Sunday and all are welcome for a dip, or even a paddle to remember Ken’s love of the sea.
