Kevin Lynch, Greengates, Blackrock, Co. Louth. Kevin passed away peacefully on Friday, 6th February 2026, while in the tender and devoted care of the wonderful staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, surrounded by the love and support of his family. Beloved husband of Bernadette née Sheridan, cherished father of Siobhán, Lorraine (Dermot), Thomas (Cecilia), Pádraig (Ashleigh) and Gerard, loving grandad of Kimara (Patrick), Adam, Ava, Hannah, Kevin, Conor, Samuel, Benjamin and Elysia-Rae and dear brother of Phil and Frank. Predeceased by his sisters and brothers Fintan, Brendan, Desmond, Margie, Jane, Agnes, Joe and Donnie. Kevin will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his heartbroken wife and children, grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and his many friends, whose lives were enriched by his warmth, generosity and gentle spirit.

Kevin will repose at his residence (A91 R9W9) on Sunday and Monday from 2pm to 8pm. Removal on Tuesday at 10.30am from his home to St. Fursey’s Church, Haggardstown, (A91 XH75) arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
