The death has occurred of
KEVIN MCCARTHY
MCCARTHY: (Dunmore, Clonakilty and formerly of Skibbereen). On November 21st 2018, peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff in the Saoirse Unit at Mount Carmel Hospital, Clonakilty. KEVIN (former principal of Clonakilty Community College) beloved husband of Winnie (nee McCarthy) much loved father of Denise (Walsh), Fergal, Tara, Emmet and Shane. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sons-in-law Johnnie and Didier, daughters-in-law Theresa and Sinéad, Emmet’s partner Holly, adored grandchildren, sisters Josie, Ida and Harriet, relatives and friends.
Reception into the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty on Thursday, November 22nd 2018 from 5pm. Requiem Mass on Friday, November 23rd 2018 at 2pm. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Clonakilty. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Saoirse Unit at Mount Carmel Hospital, Clonakilty.
