Kevin Murphy

The death has occurred of Kevin (Scrubber) Murphy, Mitchelstown, Delvin, Co. Westmeath on the 21st, September 2024, peacefully at home after a long illness borne with great dignity and bravery, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Kevin and Bridget and his sister Kathleen (Lohan).

Loving husband of Terri and dad of Jack and Emma.

Kevin will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughter, brothers Patsy and Willie, sisters Mary (Horan) and Sheila (Quinn), brothers in law, sisters in law, Jack's partner Sorcha, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of great friends, especially Paddy, Sid, Patrick C., P.J., David, Joey, Niall, John, Barney, Gerry K and Ger W.

May Kevin's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his home (Eircode N91W280) this Monday afternoon from 4pm concluding with rosary and prayers at 8pm.

Funeral Mass takes place on Tuesday afternoon at 2pm in the Church of the Assumption, Delvin followed by burial in the local cemetery.
