Formerly Area Director of Nursing, Waterford/Wexford Mental Health Service.

At home, following a lengthy illness, on International Day of the Nurse.

Whilst surrounded by his siblings, he described a “paradoxical optimism for whatever comes my way”.

He will be greatly missed by his twin sister Eileen and his brothers Patrick, Oliver and twins Colm and Aidan, his extended family and a wide circle of friends and colleagues.

Our usual hospitality is constrained at his home now due to COVID19 public health advice. Kevin’s Funeral Mass will take place privately in keeping with COVID19 restrictions in Ballymurn Church on Saturday. To respect Kevin’s specific request this will not be streamed. No flowers please, but we would encourage donations in memory of Kevin’s work to Mental Health Ireland which can be made on the following Donations Link
