Kieran Rigney,

Rashina, Ballinahown, Athlone, Offaly.

Kieran died on September 20th 2023, peacefully at home, surrounded by his adoring family, in his 94th year. He was predeceased by his infant daughter Bernadette and his granddaughter Deborah and was late of Bord na Móna, Boora.

Kieran will be forever missed by his loving wife and best friend, Kathleen, his children, Mary, John, Anne, Kathy, Kieran and Jim, sons and daughters-in-law, Liam, Mary, Ger, Chris, Gina and Marie, grandchildren, Vivian, Aaron, Darina, Gary, Daniel, Justin, Aoife, Blaine, Elisha, Saoirse, Kieran and Kaitlin, great-grandchildren, Senan, Jack, Garbhán, Fionn, Charlie, Emily, Róisín and Millie. as well as his brother-in-law Paddy Devery, nephews, nieces, extended family, and many friends.

Kieran will repose at his home on Thursday (Sept. 21st) from 5pm to 8pm and again on Friday (Sept. 22nd) from 5pm to 8pm.

Removal on Saturday morning (Sept. 23rd) to St. Colmcille's Church, Ballinahown where his Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am and may be viewed on https://youtube.com/live/mY9tom0IqVw?feature=share

Interment afterwards in Clonmacnois.
