KILLIAN STAUNTON TOURIS

Staunton Touris Killian Loughcurra, Kinvara, Co. Galway . Unexpectedly but peacefully on the 10th of July 2020 whilst surrounded by his heartbroken family and in the wonderful care of the Intensive care unit at University Hospital Galway.

Pre deceased by his grandparents Kathleen and Michael Staunton.

Killian adored and cherished son of Thomas and Silvia and much loved brother of Erin. Sadly missed by his loving grandparents Manolo and Lola, aunts Margaret, Kathleen, Pauline and Sonia, uncles Manolo and Javier, cousins, relatives, neighbours, and his many many great friends.

Killian will rest at home with his loving family and friends in Loughcurra on Sunday evening July 12th. Killian’s funeral cortège will arrive at St. Colman’s Church Kinvara on Monday July 13th for Private Requiem Mass at 3pm. Funeral afterwards to Mount Cross cemetery Kinvara where Killian will be laid to rest. Donations if desired in his memory can be made to Kinvara Alive or Pieta House. If you would like to be a part of Killian’s mass you can view online at Ballinderren and Kinvara Parishes Facebook page. For those who wish to pay their respects and say goodbye to Killian you can do so by forming a static guard of honour in Kinvara starting from the Square to The Merriman Hotel, the cortege will pass through Kinvara at 2.30pm approx. People are asked to please adhere to social distancing and the 2 meters apart guidelines at all times. The Staunton and Touris families deeply appreciate your kindness, loyalty, love and support at this time. A memorial mass for Killian will be held at a later date. The family wish to thank most sincerely the ambulance services, the Gardai, wonderful neighbours and the amazing staff at University Hospital Galway Intensive Care Unit for the love and care they have given.
