Kitty (Kathleen) Barrett (née O’ Connor), Meenehela, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick, passed away peacefully, in the presence of her loving family at home on Wednesday 18th March 2026.

Kitty will be very sadly missed by her devoted husband Jimmy (Seamus), son Steve, daughters Mary, Caroline and Gemma, sons-in-law, adored grandchildren Seámus, Kayleigh, Katie-Mae and Jack, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Friday, 20th March from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. Requiem Mass for Kitty will be celebrated in The Church of The Assumption, Abbeyfeale on Saturday, 21st March at 12.30 p.m.

Interment afterwards in Reilig Íde Naofa, Abbeyfeale.
