Lar SKELLY

Lar, peacefully at his home  surrounded by his family after a long illness bravely borne.  Predeceased by his son Andrew.  Loving husband of Kitty  and dear father of  Christopher, Laurence,  Nigel,  Isobel,  Hillary,  Ivan  and Mary.  Sadly missed by his family, his adored grandchildren, sons-in-law  Ben and Graeme, daughters in law  Julianne,  Catherine,  Margaret  and Dolores, sisters Terry (Tormey)  and Mon, brothers-in-law,  nieces, nephews, relatives and his many dear neighbours and friends.

May He Rest In Peace. 

A  Private Funeral for Lar will take  place (max 50 people) due to Government and H.S.E.  advice  regarding Public Gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the Funeral,  but due to current restrictions cannot may leave a personal message in the Condolence section below.

Lar's Funeral Mass will take place in the Church of The Immaculate Conception, Ashbourne on Tuesday at 11.30 am. It can be viewed on

Lars Funeral cortege will leave the family home at 11 am on Tuesday morning heading for the N2  on route to Ashbourne.
