Larry Durack

Larry passed peacefully from this life, after a short illness, on 2nd March, in the exceptional care of the staff of Galway Hospice and surrounded, as he was in life, by his loving family.

Predeceased by his son Desmond.

Larry was a devoted husband to his wife Bridget and loving father to Mary
(Downey), Paul, Kathleen (Watts), Larry, Raymond, Caroline (Durack-Robinson),
Lorna (Durack-Ryan) and Breda (Durack-Melia).

Larry will be deeply missed and always remembered by his wife and children, his daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, members of the extended family, neighbours and friends.

Larry will repose in Dignity Funeral Care, funeral home on the grounds of Portumna Retirement Village (H53 AY18) on Wednesday 4th March at 5pm with removal to St Brigid's Church, Portumna at 7pm. Requiem Mass for Larry on Thursday 5th March at 11am with burial immediately afterwards in Calvary cemetery, Portumna.
