The death has occurred of
Larry Mooney
Larry Mooney (St. Michan’s House, Greek Street, Dublin 7) passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at The Mater Hospital on 6th March 2026. Predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret, parents Mary Ann and James Mooney, brothers Wack and Shameo and Ned and sister Biddy.
He will be sadly missed by his loving daughters Gillian and Carol, sons-in-law Wayne and Garreth, grandchildren Kristin, Tia and Frankie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, Kristin’s girlfriend Sarah, nieces, nephews, extended family and his brilliant neighbours.

Reposing at his daughter Carol’s home on Monday evening from 5pm to 8pm. Larry’s Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday morning at 11.30am in St. Michan’s Church, Halston Street followed by burial at Palmerstown Cemetery.
